Optica Technical Group Networking Mixer

Join us for an opportunity to network with the leaders of Optica’s Technical Groups! We are hosting an exciting networking mixer at the Optica Booth to give you a chance to chat with leaders from our Nonlinear Optics Technical Group, Optical Fabrication and Testing Technical Group, NonImaging Optical Design Technical Group, and many others. Our leaders are excited to share more about the topics they cover and the activities they organize for their members. You’ll also have the chance to learn how you can get involved and become a part of our community.

Rapid Fire Lasers: Advancing Manufacturing Through Light

Transitioning into a Career in Optics

Often, researchers are so focused on their research that they do not spend much time thinking about how their skills could translate to the workplace. During this panel discussion hosted by the Nonlinear Optics Technical Group, we will delve into the world of nonlinear optics and explore the various career paths it can lead to. Our panelists from industry, academia, government, and publishing will share their unique career paths and shed light on the possibilities within the field. Photobiomodulation for the Brain: Current Status and Paths Forward
