Reflect on your own leadership journey and discuss how your own ups and downs led you to be the leader you are today. Plot a path forward for how you want to change your leadership journey.

Discuss with group members each of the commitments, how to activate, and what holds us back.

Learn why the most effective leaders are inclusive leaders and what the three biggest drivers of inclusion are that you can readily activate. Create a plan for recognizing and mitigating microaggressions in the moment to create more belonging in the workplace.
